1. How do you wash polymer clay earrings?

Do not wet polymer clay earrings. Avoid using chemicals, solvents, perfume, jewelry cleaners, or any aerosol products near the earrings. In the case that it becomes dirty, wipe with a soft, damp cloth.

2. Can sensitive ears wear surgical steel earrings?

Irritation means you should choose ear jewelry that is hypoallergenic in nature. But, there's no reason to choose plastic, when metal is available. In fact, most people with sensitivity to metals can wear surgical steel post earrings without any problem.

3. Why do my earrings look slightly different than the product photo?

Every pair are handcrafted works of art! This means that each one will be unique and have slight variations, especially marbled, gold leaf, and designs due to the nature of how they are made.

4. Do you accept returns?

We are unable to accept returns at this time. If you are less than pleased with your order, please reach out so we can correct the situation as best as possible for you!
